Key Account Manager – Groundscare Manufacturer and Distributor

Opportunity to work for a market leading groundcare equipment manufacturer and distributor.

The Company
Etesia UK is a well-recognised company within the groundscare industry distributing Etesia pedestrian, ride-on mowers, the Attila range of brushcutters, Pellenc battery-powered products, and new for 2017, Oeliatec – an environmentally-friendly weed removal range of products using hot water. We now have an exciting opportunity for a newly created position which will also provide a great environment for career progression.

The Role
Etesia UK is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of groundscare equipment in the UK having built a fantastic reputation over the past twenty-five years. This newly created Key Account Manager position will involve speaking directly to our customers and dealers to develop new business, maximise revenue and manage an existing client base.

As a successful Key Account Manager your role will be to achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to maximise profitable sales and distribution of products. You will develop, nurture and grow your assigned portfolio of accounts, as well as building relationships and driving new business opportunities with new customers. You will be expected to achieve revenue growth against your portfolio, ensuring sales targets are met in accordance with Key Performance Indicators.

The Candidate
You must be enthusiastic and passionate about sales with the drive to succeed in this challenging and varied opportunity. Experience within the groundscare and/or agriculture industry would be preferred but is not essential.
Essential

  • Knowledge or understanding of groundscare machinery / groundscare equipment
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Desirable

  • Sales experience
  • Engineer or technician background / qualification

Training:

Full sales and product training will be provided and will be ongoing throughout your career.

Package:

Salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience and reflects the important nature of the role.

Package also includes fully expensed company vehicle, phone, laptop, pension, health insurance and holiday.
